Biography
Dr. Hayes was born in Rockford, Illinois, and moved with his family to Russellville, Arkansas, when he was young. He was drawn to medicine from an early age when he excelled in the sciences. He has a passion for trying to make each patient feel better. He and his wife live here in Texarkana with their four children. He is an avid runner and photographer. ​
